Time has passed my fears again
Passed impending doom away
Time has dried my tears so long, as far as I can see
In day the smile will remain natural upon me
At night the crying flows and no one is the wiser again
Another morning to my surprise
Again forgotten what slept me
Though finally I am not falling now
I'm learning how the game has stayed
I hold the theories incomplete
And every day I will repeat
The pattern known all too well
Nonsense not decode

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
